ESTP personality traits
ESTPs are even more spontaneous than their “I” counterparts! You can’t tell ’em nuthin’: they learn by doing! These life-lovers are active, fun-loving, straightforward, assertive, practical, inventive, direct, adaptable and persuasive. There is all kinds of personality up in here! ESTPs love being the center of attention and are most likely to assist a magician onstage when a volunteer is needed.
Strengths and weaknesses
The energy of the ESTP allows them to be bold and full of life! They can be rational, practical thinkers. BUT!!! They will look for a way to inject ACTION into a plan or idea. You don’t have to wonder what an ESTP is thinking–they’ll just tell you. In a direct way. And with lots of eye contact! But they’re sociable and awesome at networking with others.
But for every yin is a yang and the ESTP personality is not without some less-than-desirable tendencies. For instance, they can be insensitive. They are “Ts” after all. They don’t want to get in touch with their feelings and definitely don’t want to get in touch with yours. These balls of energy can be impatient and unable to stay focused on a single task for too long. They’re defiant and don’t like structure (surprise!!) so these rule-breakers are generally the group of people who like to take unnecessary risks.

ESTPs make natural entrepreneurs: they’re not afraid to take risks, are resourceful, and don’t get hung up on “failures” and “obstacles”. These words are not part of the ESTP vernacular and lucky for us, they usually play well with others!
